Due to the nature of our business we do accept refunds on handmade products. All items or services purchased from Black City Crossroads LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Black City Crossroads LLC. This policy applies but is not limited: digital products or gift cards.

We use all natural ingredients in our products. When choosing ingredients for our products skincare is always taking into consideration. Our products are healthy and effective on the skin. However, we must make this disclaimer:

• All products are for external use only and should not be digested internally.
• People with sensitivities or allergies should not use these products.
• These products are not intended to cure or prevent any disease.
